Tom founded exSite Communications in 2009 to meet a clear need for web and graphic design services in the commercial and political market. He studied business and political science at Trinity College Dublin, as well as public relations at the Irish Academy of Public Relations, before expanding to web design and digital marketing and communications.
Tom has experience working in Ireland, the UK and the US, in multiple sectors, and is also actively involved in The British Irish Chamber of Commerce, The Trinity Business Alumni, The Kildare Street and University Club, and Lansdowne Lawn Tennis Club.
Tom is the Office DJ (only because he owns the speakers), and he wears cycling shorts without shame.
A digital enthusiast and audio fiend, Quinton’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Music Production and a Higher National Diploma in Sound Engineering. With an extensive background in the creative industry and over 10 years experience providing solutions, Quinton is more than capable of translating your digital vision into a reality.
Quinton also has glorious facial hair. Enough said.
Gosia has five years of experience working as an Architect and over three years of experience working as a Web Project Manager. She has degrees in Architecture and Urban Planning and Web Technologies. Gosia is exceptionally attentive to detail and excellent at finding creative solutions to every problem.
Gosia is in charge of the office marker.
Tim’s background is in business, eCommerce, politics and management. In addition to English, Tim knows the mark-up languages PHP, XHMTL, and CSS. His strengths include solving problems and cross-platform technical knowledge.
Tim’s soft spoken words keep the office ticking. He also has lofty ambitions to keep a tidy desk.
Jorge moved from Venezuela to Ireland in 2013. He worked as a Network Engineer and an IT Engineer before joining exSite, and he is excellent with both hardware and software.
Jorge refuses to share his Game of Thrones mug. He’s so cool he has three monitors.
Paddy is all the way from Wicklow and has a background in Design and Information Technology. He is an experienced web designer, focusing on the end user. He ensures that each website establishes an emotional connection with the user and is intuitive and engaging.
Forever young, he can colour inside the lines like nobody’s business.
Federico has his Bachelor’s in Communication and his Master’s in Communication and Advertising. Mad at colours and shapes and crazy creative, he enjoys translating client needs into visual and structural concepts that combine beautiful aesthetics with effective functionality.
Our fashion and food expert, he’s so creative he’s Italian.
Rory is a developer, designer and artist. He graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts before pursing his passion for web development.
Rory is our resident poet, merging a bright smile with dark humour . . . His code’s not too shabby either.
Hailing from Brazil, Marco has been building websites for the past 5 years. He is a Graphic Design graduate of the prestigious University of Santa Catarina (Brazil). Marco’s key strengths include web design and development

Jamie is a born and raised Texan and is interning at exSite for the summer. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Professional and Technical Communication (taking complex ideas and reworking them to benefit an audience) at the University of North Texas. Jamie is a skilled technical writer and isn’t too shabby at design.

Originally from London, Sarah worked in UniChem/Alliance Boots where she became passionate about systems that ensure service delivery runs to the highest standard. Sarah is the experienced backbone of the business that heads up the financial and administrative functions keeping exSite ticking over efficiently.
Sarah likes needles. Knitting, embroidery, that sort of thing.
Moria was born in New Jersey and currently studies at the University of North Texas. She will be graduating with a BSc in Criminal Justice and a minor in Journalism December 2015. Her duties range from researching and writing the blog posts to managing all of exSite’s social media.
