CEO

Tom graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2005 with a Joint Honours Degree in Business and Political Science, and explored both sides of his degree working in Ireland, the USA, and the UK. He has always been interested in technology and in design, and has postgraduate qualifications in Public Relations & Public Affairs, Web Design, and Digital Marketing.

Tom is actively involved in The Trinity Business Alumni, The Kildare Street and University Club, and Lansdowne Lawn Tennis Club. He enjoys travelling, sport, music, history and politics.

Head of Digital Marketing

A keen, if occasional, rugby player – Rob started his career in marketing with the Financial Times Group and went on to become International Marketing Director for PennWell Corporation – a large b2b media company headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma! Rob’s passion, outside of rugby and new gadgets, is for devising brilliant new ways to connect with people digitally.

Lead Developer

Dai studied Computer Software Engineering at the University of Xiamen, China and has been involved in computer system administration, programming, database design and administration and graphic design since. With a vast variety of experience in all things computer related in China, Japan and Ireland, Dai joins exSite as the lead developer and general cyber legend.

In the real world, Dai enjoys baseball and basketball and is handy at the violin, guitar and electric bass. His favourite pass-time however is immersing himself in fantasy and sci-fi fiction novels.

Lead Designer

Graziano is a web designer from Rome, Italy. After a lengthy exposure to radiation at the University La Sapienza (Graz originally studied radiology), he started his freelance career in the web design world, specialising in all things WordPress. He featured in the game industry as QA for Activision-Blizzard and worked extensively as the content manager for several design related blogs.

He loves pasta, pizza, mandolino and football by default; the Big Lebowski, espresso coffee, ski-ing, sailing, geeky books and nerdy games. He hopes to attain Nirvana soon. Hopefully through a CSS file.

Project and Content Manager

Tim graduated from DCU in 2009 with a Degree in Business with some eCommerce thrown in. He then went on to complete a Masters in Politics at UCC. Since joining exSite he has spontaneously discovered a keen interest in Content Management. When he’s not uploading our client’s content, he’s researching new ways of displaying it. He also has a hand in managing the development of many of our new websites.

Tim enjoys cooking, reading surrealist novels, and watching films. He also has a keen interest in current affairs – something for which he finds the internet quite useful.

Junior Developer

Damien has done some studying in his time.  He has a Batchelor of Science in Applied Physics and Mathematics, a Diploma in Sound Engineeering and 5 years experience in the Accounting world, where he won National and European awards.  After building up an impressive array of qualifications, and not using any of them, Damien travelled the world to find himself!  Coming back even more lost than when he started, he decided to do something he actually enjoyed and became a Web Developer, which eventually brought him to us!

When not being a nerd, Damien loves playing and listening to music.  He also loves sports, however, it is more the watching than the playing in this case!

Digital Marketing

From Australia, Kevin has a background in media sales and customer service. He updates content, works on SEO projects and is a general nuisance in the office.

SEO Specialist

Caitriona is our Digital Marketing Consultant with a business degree in Management and Marketing, and a Postgrad in Online Marketing and PR.

With experience and skills in social media operations, SEO, competitor analysis and account management Caitriona keeps all of our clients happy. Contact her if you need help in formulating and implementing effective online B2C or B2B marketing solutions.

Caitriona loves to travel, speaks French, is quite handy on the tin whistle, loves the “baby Jesus” and plays Gaelic football.

Operations Manager

Steve is our operations manager and technical lead. He has a strong technical background developed over five years as a freelancer and while running his own development house – Good Media (now merged with exSite).

Steve brings extensive experience in HTML, PHP, CSS , jQuery and flash, as well as email/digital marketing campaigns acquired while working on projects with clients such as ESB and Carphone Warehouse.

Steve won a Golden Spider Award for Best Online Community website 2010 for www.tattoo.tv

When not coding, Steve is an enthusiast bass player, and recently a proud father.

Consultant

Sarah hails from London and a career in UniChem/Alliance Boots where she became passionate about systems that ensure service delivery runs to the highest standard. Sarah is the experienced backbone of the business that heads up the financial and administrative functions keeping exSite ticking over efficiently.
