Tom founded exSite in 2009 to meet a clear need for web and graphic design services in the commercial and political market. He now manages key projects, and is responsible for leading the senior team as well as building partnerships to improve exSite’s capacity to provide award winning services.

Prior to exSite Tom has experience leading communication projects in Ireland, the UK and the US, across multiple sectors. He studied business and political science at Trinity College Dublin, followed by Public Relations at the Irish Academy of Public Relations, before adding numerous web design courses and then a Post Graduate Dip in Advertising and Digital Communications from DIT.

To ‘relax’ he is also actively involved in The British Irish Chamber of Commerce, The Trinity Business Alumni, The Kildare Street and University Club, and Lansdowne Lawn Tennis Club.

Tom is the Office DJ (only because he owns the speakers), and he wears cycling shorts without shame.

Tim has a degree in eCommerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Organisational Management and has been heavily involved in our award winning projects over the years.

He has been running our client support department for the past 3 years and has extensive experience in advising both B2B and B2C businesses in online operations and processes, as well as providing support and guidance  on a technical level.

He is highly skilled in evaluating our clients’ existing online and offline processes and requirements and building solutions that fit their business. He has a track record of creating solutions that have a good ROI and customer engagement, while being easy for our clients to integrate into their existing business processes.

Tina is a dynamic marketing and business development professional with a strong track record of nurturing brand identities and driving growth. She expertly combines creative thinking with analytical insight, focusing on increasing revenue, gaining competitive advantage, and building strong brand recognition. Her versatility comes from working with a wide range of businesses, from start-ups to established companies.

As Operations Director at exSite, Tina oversees the strategic and operational delivery of marketing, digital, and business development projects. She ensures every client engagement runs smoothly, from discovery through website builds, CRM integration, content development, and ongoing digital growth. Working closely with clients, she refines brand identity, maps customer journeys, and implements practical marketing systems that support long-term objectives, strengthening visibility, engagement, and measurable results.

Before exSite, Tina built a diverse career launching new products, managing remote teams, and developing SEO-focused websites, sales funnels, and automation strategies. She also delivered webinars, produced multi-channel campaigns, and managed end-to-end website and CRM projects.

Ravi Kapoor is an enthusiastic and proactive web developer with many technological tricks up his sleeve. With his knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, WordPress, mySQL, Javascript and more, his vision extends far beyond Vector Raster Graphics.

Ravi is not only a connoisseur of web design programs, but is also well-versed in Sci-fi, Adventure, and History movies.

With a diverse sales background in recruitment and finance, Jonni found his springboard into digital marketing working with the global leader in digital and innovation, Google, on their Partners program, supporting many Digital Marketing Agencies in the UK. He now heads our PPC and Google Ads team.

With over a decade in web and software development, Yatin leads exSite’s development team, turning complex ideas into robust, scalable digital solutions. He brings hands‑on experience from agency and product environments, having delivered custom web applications, mobile apps, and AI‑driven platforms across sectors including healthcare and technology.

Before joining exSite, Yatin co‑founded his own technology company and held senior roles in fast‑growing digital and AI firms, managing multidisciplinary teams and keeping projects on time and on budget. With a B.E. in Information Technology and an MBA, he’s equally comfortable talking code with developers and KPIs with the C‑suite.

Calm under pressure and obsessively organised, Yatin is known for clear communication, pragmatic solutions, and a “no surprises” approach to delivery – which our clients appreciate almost as much as his knack for rescuing tricky legacy systems.

A good website looks amazing with the right photographs… hence Rafal is a valued member of the team. His incredible ability to take beautiful photographs comes from years of training, years of practice, and loads and loads of equipment. He’s also really nice and knows how to make even the meanest client look friendly.

Originally from London, Sarah worked in UniChem/Alliance Boots where she became passionate about systems that ensure service delivery runs to the highest standard. Sarah is the experienced backbone of the business that heads up the financial and administrative functions keeping exSite ticking over efficiently.

Sarah likes needles. Knitting, embroidery, that sort of thing.

Puffin heads up Dynamics Media & Marketing, one of Ireland’s leading independent communications agencies. She and her team have over 20 years PR, marketing and social media experience with global and international brands and local companies. With media bandwidth in Ireland, the EU, UK and the US, and a naturally strategic mindset, she has been responsible for creative and impactful campaigns across a range of sectors from FMCG and hospitality, to health, corporate and B2B.

Client experience includes the Four Seasons Hotel, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Aveda, Killruddery Estate, and Nissan. She was also responsible for a two-year EU climate change campaign in Ireland and the UK, and devised an information programme blueprint for the EU in Belarus. Crisis Management is a speciality, and she has created robust responses to events in real time as well as comprehensive tool kits to future-proof and protect corporate reputations.

An early adopter of social media as a key business development discipline, she has always encouraged brands to embrace connecting with their consumers, emphasising transparency and integrity as a core value to deliver the best reach.

When not working, Puffin spends a lot of time trying to beat her Rubik’s Cube record of just over one minute.

Jorge moved from Venezuela to Ireland in 2013. He worked as a Network Engineer and an IT Engineer before joining exSite, and he is excellent with both hardware and software.

Amazon Web Servivces (AWS) certified and extremely cautious and suspicious – he keeps our sites secure and servers purring.

Jorge refuses to share his Game of Thrones mug. He’s so cool he has three monitors.

Katie is a bright young designer excited to be getting her start with exSite. She’s currently working on a degree in Advertising and Media Production at the University of Colorado in Boulder, USA; however, she earned her title of media guru by knowing more about google docs than Tom.

Katie’s main personality traits are her gluten allergy and podcast addiction. She’s also super organised and her key role in assisting on projects has earned her a place on our senior team page.

Emma is a graphic designer and soon-to-be graduate from the University of Southern California. She works on web design, packaging design, and branding for a variety of exSite clients. She is also a Design Team Lead at Innovative Design, USC’s premiere student-run creative agency, and she recently won 1st place with her team at the Create SC designathon, sponsored by Innovative Design and Adobe.

When she’s not designing, Emma loves going on long walks, working out, and cooking.
